Hamro Sahakarya Project: Refresher Training of Trainers – Year 3 Gender Transformative Manual

The Hamro Sahakarya Project recently conducted a refresher Training of Trainers (ToT) on the Year 3 Gender Transformative Manual, with SHG volunteers and members taking the lead in facilitating the sessions. Their active participation demonstrated strong ownership, confidence, and commitment to the project’s objectives.

The training created an interactive and dynamic learning environment, featuring experience sharing, group activities, role plays, and fun games that helped participants connect the manual’s concepts to real-life community experiences. Volunteers and members reflected on challenges, celebrated achievements, and explored strategies to foster positive social change.

This refresher ToT provided a safe, supportive, and collaborative space, strengthening facilitation skills and reinforcing the participants’ ability to promote gender equality and challenge harmful social norms in their communities.
